GETIT @ THE OTTAWA DRAGON BOAT FESTIVAL
On May 11, 2023, Getit Technologies was selected as the official ordering and payments partner for the Tim Hortons Ottawa Dragon Boat Festival and BeaverTails Ottawa Ice Dragon Boat Festival in a three-year, multi-festival agreement.

Clients can choose to customize and format the homepage however they’d like.
In this example, the Dragon Boat Festival chose to start off with two main top buttons - Order Now and Donate to ODBF.ca. Order Now allows their customers to directly access food vendors at the event, and order and pay online through their mobile phones.
Donations play a big part in these Dragon Boat events, so they’ve decided to put that as one of their top banners in addition to the top main button.
Then, there are four quick access buttons for their customers to easily navigate to some useful links to the event. In the case of these Dragon Boat events, Schedule, Race Results, Concerts, and Map are some of the most important links.
They’ve also chosen to feature their upcoming events on their homepage. Customers can check event details, as well as directly purchase tickets online here.
CHARITY & DONATIONS
On the Donations page, the Dragon Boat Festivals chose to provide preset amounts as well as a type-in box for donors. Donors can directly and easily make donations online through this web-app on their digital devices.
The apps we build enable payments through Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Interac, and cash payments!
EVENTS & TICKETING
Customers can click into different events to check event details such as time, address, ticket price, etc. Tickets can be purchased directly online through this web-app. The process is quick and simple!
In addition to donations, ticket purchasing, customers can also order and pay for food and beverage at the event on this web-app!
The Dragon Boat Festival has listed their food and beverage vendors here so that customers can order and pay online. This helps with shortening wait times for customers and also increasing orders for the vendors.
